Old Ben Wolston D'Abrera - first Patorn of the Sydney Bens

The most senior Sydney Ben, Old Ben Wolstan D'Abrera became the first person to hold the position of Patron of the Sydney Bens when the members voted to have a Patron of the Sydney Old Boys Association. Old Ben Wolstan thus, received the honour of becoming its first Patron at the Annual General Meeting held on 29th July 2006. Old Ben Fred Herft was re-elected as the President of the Association and Old Ben Doug Jones re-elected as the Secretary/Editor. Old Ben Joe Rodrigo was the new face on the committee and Old Ben Sri Fernandopulle made a welcome return. The full list of the newly elected committee of the New South Wales (Sydney, Australia) branch of the Old Boys' Union is as follows.

Secretary/Editor : Old Ben Doug Jones
